  • Set up a Tezos wallet using Kukai or Temple

  • Acquire tez (XTZ) tokens for transactions

  • Connect their wallet to Objkt.com

  • Create a collection and mint NFTs on Objkt.com

🧰 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Set Up a Tezos Wallet

Option A: Kukai Wallet (Web-Based with Social Login)

  • Navigate to Kukai Wallet.

  • Click "Login" and choose a social platform (Google, Twitter, Reddit) for authentication.

  • Authorize access and your wallet will be created instantly.

  • Securely back up your wallet credentials and seed phrase.

Option B: Temple Wallet (Browser Extension)

  • Visit Temple Wallet and install the extension for your browser.

  • Open the extension, click "Create a new wallet," and follow the prompts to set it up.

  • Securely store your seed phrase and set a strong password.

2. Acquire Tez (XTZ) Tokens

  • Purchase XTZ from a cryptocurrency exchange like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken.

  • Transfer the XTZ to your Tezos wallet address.

  • Alternatively, use services like MoonPay within Kukai Wallet for direct purchases.

Note: You’ll need a small amount of XTZ (approximately 1–2 XTZ) to cover minting and listing fees.

3. Connect Wallet to Objkt.com

  • Go to Objkt.com.

  • Click "Sync" in the top-right corner.

  • Select your wallet type (Kukai or Temple) and authorize the connection.

4. Create a Collection

  • Click on your profile icon and select "Create Collection."

  • Fill in the collection details:

    • Name: Unique name for your collection.

    • Description: Brief overview of the collection.

    • Cover Image: Upload an image representing the collection.

    • Type: Select the appropriate category (e.g., Art, Collectibles).

  • Confirm and sign the transaction in your wallet to create the collection.

5. Mint an NFT

  • Within your collection, click "Create."

  • Upload your artwork file (supported formats include JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, etc., up to 100 MB).

  • Enter the NFT details:

    • Title: Name of your artwork.

    • Description: Detailed description of the piece.

    • Tags: Relevant keywords to categorize your NFT.

    • Editions: Number of copies to mint.

    • Royalties: Percentage (up to 25%) you’ll earn from secondary sales.

    • License: Choose the appropriate license for your artwork.

  • Select the collection to associate the NFT with.

  • Click "Mint" and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Note: Minting fees are minimal on Tezos, often less than $0.10.

6. List NFT for Sale

  • Navigate to your minted NFT and click "List for Sale."

  • Set the sale details:

    • Price: Amount in XTZ.

    • Duration: Timeframe for the listing.

  • Confirm and sign the transaction in your wallet to finalize the listing.
